I’m Andrea: Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, Ayurvedic Clinician, Lifestyle Practitioner, author, mother of three, dog mom, and founder of Resilience in Motion.

I help overwhelmed, exhausted women break free from burnout, balance their hormones, and reclaim their energy, naturally and holistically.

Whether you're struggling with brain fog, chronic stress, or feeling disconnected from your body, this space was created to guide you back to clarity, vitality, and alignment through body, mind, and spirit.

My journey into holistic nutrition began years ago, driven by a deep passion for health and wellness beyond the limitations of Western medicine. Over time, I’ve integrated a functional, whole-person approach that honors the connection between all three pathways. My goal is to uncover the root cause of imbalance and create a personalized approach to restoration that truly works for each individual.

The body (our physical nutrition), is supported through a combination of Ayurvedic practices and functional nutrtion coaching—what we consume, how we prepare it, and the intention behind our meals. Thoughtful meal planning and nourishment are essential for restoring balance and promoting healing from the inside out.

In my personalized nutrition consultations, you’ll work directly with me to review your current health concerns and co-create a plan that aligns with your unique nutritional needs. Each session is tailored to the individual, and pricing may vary accordingly.

The mind (our mental and emotional landscape), can be nurtured through Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching and techniques like Mental Emotional Release or Chakra Cleansing; guiding you toward greater self-awareness and emotional freedom. This process supports healing by aligning the conscious and unconscious mind.

Through my Lifestyle Coaching, we focus on deepening unconscious awareness that creates alignment and steady, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore specific mental and emotional challenges and set meaningful, achievable goals, broken down into targeted lessons that address different aspects of the mind. By identifying triggers and learning how to redirect them, you’ll begin to transform reactive patterns into healthy, practical progress.

The inner core (your spirit), can be intentionally guided into a state of purposeful awareness through positive affirmations and consistent, aligned habits practiced in daily life and supported by a creative, nourishing environment.

In my Spiritual Awareness program, we’ll examine your current lifestyle patterns and develop a personalized plan using practical tools and energy techniques for healing and growth. Together, we’ll align your actions with your deeper spiritual intentions to cultivate lasting transformation.
